Pair of Executive Chairs by Charles Pollock for Knoll International in Cordovan Leather
Pair of Executive Chairs designed by Charles Pollock in 1965 for Knoll International in cordovan leather. This comfortable chair, equally suited for the office, board room or the home, is considered one of Knoll’s most memorable designs. It features a chrome rim that supports the chair both structurally and visually and a stainless steel capped five-star, 360 degree swivel caster base. Knoll International labels on underside of chair. Up to eight matching chairs available.
Charles Pollock worked in George Nelson's office after receiving his degree in Industrial Design from Pratt Institute. In addition to his work for Knoll, he has designed chairs for Thonet and Castelli.
