LARGE WRITING DESK Circa late 1950s / early 1960s, made by George Nakashima (1905-1990), New Hope, Pennsylvania, American black walnut, “Conoid” style, with long plank top with polished surface, butterfly joint and finished natural well; free-form edges; one cabinet end fitted with a drawer and cabinet door; the other end with an angular single support with V-shaped legs. Top in excellent condition.
